Hira is from a small Himalayan village in the far north of India, and this is where Hira’s love for food began, he started cooking with his mum from a very young age, and it was her intricate knowledge of spices and flavours that Hira has embraced and is why Asian flavours come so naturally to him.
Hira has a passion for creating food with incredible flavours that deliver exceptional fine dining experiences.

Had a takeaway from Hira last night. My husband is mean critic of Indian food but he couldn’t fault it at all! The paneer was the best I have ever had, honestly it was AMAZING!! It’s a limited menu but this is Hira doing authentic food during lockdown so that is understandable.
Will be ordering again!
